Local Presentation Support Fund
A Donation to the Local Presentation Support Fund (LPSF) helps pay for the myriad of supporting activities and items required to present each concert, including sound reinforcement, piano tuning, and required insurance. This support also assists in paying for theater rental, staging costs, ticket, program, flyer and poster printing, insurance, mailing expenses, advertising costs, and other local operating expenses, enabling a greater portion of subscription and ticket proceeds to be applied directly toward Artists’ Fees and to bringing in more outstanding artists.
The following LPSF Gift Categories are listed in each concert program for the season: Sustainers ($1,000 up); Patrons ($500 – $999); Benefactors ($100 – $499); and Donors ($25 – $99). Thank you so much for supporting your IWVCA.
Donations via cash, check made out to the IWVCA and annotated for the LPSF may be given to a Board member or mailed to IWVCA, PO Box 1802, Ridgecrest, CA 93556.

Student Education Fund
Your Donation to the Student Education Fund (SEF) will allow the IWVCA to bring more FREE Student Education Programs to more public, private, and home-schooled students in the Indian Wells Valley and surrounding areas. Music, dance, the arts – these enrich and enhance the lives of our young people and have a lifelong effect on their futures. Thanks to your donation, the IWVCA may reach more students and bring cultural enrichment to their lives and futures. Your Donation helps fund the artists’ fees for these Programs, including theater and presentation costs, ASCAP Fees, and busing services for the public school students.
The following SEF Gift Categories are listed in each concert program for the season: Sponsors ($250 up); Supporters ($50 – $249); and Contributors ($15 – $49). Thank you for supporting the IWVCA Student Education Fund.

United Way of Indian Wells Valley or the Combined Federal Campaign
Your Donation to either the United Way of Indian Wells Valley or the Combined Federal Campaign designated to Code # 20673 is another way to contribute to the IWVCA. A one-time contribution, or a recurring monthly donation to Code #20673 via either or these organizations makes a tremendous difference in our ability to continue to provide top-quality fine artists, concerts, dramas, and other wonderful and exciting programs to the residents of the Indian Wells Valley and surrounding areas.
Help Support the IWVCA through the Indian Wells Valley United Way today! Contributions designated to the IWVCA, Code #20673, can be made Via Payroll deductions at work, or by cash, check, money order, or pledge turned in to your representative at work, or by check or money order mailed directly to the UWIWV office.
